Со својата висина од 470 метри, облакодерот Central Park Tower на Менхетен официјално е прогласен за највисоката станбена зграда во Њујорк.

Зградата има 131 кат во кој се сместени неверојатно луксузни апартмани.

За потребите на зградата, вграден е супер брз лифт кој за само десет секунди може да пројде 100 метри.

Почетната цена на луксузните апартмани изнесува 6.9 милиони долари а најскапиот деловен простор во зградата чини 63 милиони долари.
